I built a CRM follow-up system that improved client retention and shortened conversion cycles across the region. Agent count grew from 163 to 230+. Profitability rose 30% in 2015 and 50% in 2016.

South Florida Aerial started in December 2015 while I was still running marketing for Keller Williams through November 2016. The overlap was deliberate — I built the business on nights and weekends until it could carry itself, then left.
