1 Year in NYC — Jose Pretel

Hello Ryan!

My name is José Pretel and this is me with my beautiful girlfriend Becka. I am 25 years old and I operate my own real estate photography company in sunny south Florida called Virtuals1. I believe I am in a unique position to take full advantage of your one year in New York contest opportunity and I hope telling you a little more about me, my business and the goals that I have for this next year will help you agree.

About me, my business and my goals:

Since January of 2016, I have been self employed by my own real estate photography business called South Florida Aerial but I primarily d.b.a Virtuals1 photography.

Virtuals1 Photography is comprised of a small tight knit team of 10 professional real estate photographers who have developed a completely unique system to provide a full suite of real estate photography services for some of South Florida top Realtors.

By designating specific service areas and collaborating all of our marketing efforts; Virtuals1 has been able to secure an ever growing steady stream of loyal clients and has quickly become the number 1 real estate photography provider in the state.

In 2019, as the lead photographer on our team, I personally photographed 794 individual properties for some of South Florida's top Realtors and as a whole, our company Virtuals1 completed over 3,000 individual property shoots (all 10 photographers combined, in South Florida Region Only)

The Next Step

While I’m extremely proud of the relationships I’ve built and the work we are accomplishing here in South Florida, my ultimate goal for Virtuals1 is to become the number 1 real estate photography company in the U.S and that’s why your contest to live in NYC free makes me excited. It’s truly the perfect opportunity for me to make a gigantic leap in my professional career and spend time focused entirely on taking over the NYC real estate photography market.

I know from day one in NYC I can start shooting properties and putting in place the photographers who will quickly become New York’s best real estate photographers and if this contest entry works out the way I hope, Ryan you can be an integral part of it.
